1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FURULIE LLC website (fllc.net), services, products, or any associated platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
2. Description of Services
FURULIE LLC provides enterprise IT consulting, cybersecurity services, OSINT intelligence tools (including the FU PERSON platform), cloud infrastructure solutions, AI/ML integrations, educational coursework, and related digital products. Users acknowledge that many Services, including content generation, are primarily powered by Artificial Intelligence. FURULIE LLC leverages advanced AI for research, development, and content creation. Some Services require a paid subscription and are subject to additional terms as specified on the relevant product pages.
3. Account Registration & Security
Certain Services require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. FURULIE LLC is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription & Payment Terms
Paid Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks; (c) use OSINT tools (including FU PERSON) for stalking, harassment, or any unlawful surveillance; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services; (e) transmit malware, viruses, or any destructive code; (f) resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Services without written consent.
6. OSINT Tools & Data Usage
The FU PERSON OSINT platform and related intelligence tools aggregate data exclusively from legally obtained public sources and databases. Users acknowledge that: (a) data is provided "as-is" without guarantee of accuracy; (b) users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws; (c) FURULIE LLC does not conduct illegal surveillance or access non-public data; (d) misuse of OSINT tools may result in immediate termination of access.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to FURULIE LLC and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Subscriber-generated content remains the property of the subscriber, but you grant FURULIE LLC a non-exclusive license to display such content as necessary to provide the Services.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FURULIE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FURULIE LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) your misuse of OSINT tools or data obtained through the Services.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at fllc.net/privacy-policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Washington State.
13. Changes to Terms
FURULIE LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
