License Agreement
End User License Agreement (EULA) — Last updated: February 15, 2026
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and your active subscription, FURULIE LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the licensed software, tools, and digital content provided through fllc.net (the "Licensed Materials"). This license is for your personal or internal business use only and does not include the right to sublicense, redistribute, or resell.
2. Scope of License
The Licensed Materials include, but are not limited to: • FU PERSON OSINT Platform and related intelligence tools • OSINT Dashboard and threat intelligence feeds • Automation templates (CI/CD, Terraform, Docker) • Python coursework modules and educational content • Compliance documentation templates • API access for OSINT queries and integrations • Member dashboard and associated features Your access level depends on your subscription tier (Basic or Premium). Features not included in your tier require an upgrade.
3. Restrictions
You may NOT: (a) Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Materials (b) Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or tools (c) Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks (d) Use the Licensed Materials to build a competing product or service (e) Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access (f) Use OSINT tools for illegal surveillance, stalking, or harassment (g) Redistribute OSINT data or intelligence reports to third parties without authorization (h) Use automation templates or code in a way that violates applicable laws (i) Scrape, crawl, or automated-harvest data from the platform beyond API rate limits
4. Intellectual Property
All Licensed Materials are owned by FURULIE LLC and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by FURULIE LLC. Custom content you create using our tools (such as OSINT reports) belongs to you, but the underlying tools, algorithms, and platform remain our property.
5. Subscription & Access
Access to Licensed Materials requires an active, paid subscription. If your subscription lapses, expires, or is terminated, your license to access and use the Licensed Materials is immediately revoked. You will retain any content you have previously downloaded or exported during your active subscription period, subject to the restrictions in Section 3.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Licensed Materials is subject to our Privacy Policy. OSINT tools access only legally obtained public databases. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any data obtained through our tools complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. FURULIE LLC is not responsible for how you use data obtained through our platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE LICENSED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FURULIE LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE LICENSED MATERIALS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. OSINT DATA IS PROVIDED WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL FURULIE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE LICENSED MATERIALS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, AND STRICT LIABILITY.
9. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. FURULIE LLC may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Materials and destroy any copies in your possession. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
